Ngā Maunga Whakahii o Kaipara Commercial Development Ltd (‘Kaipara Commercial’) is the commercial investment entity of Ngā Maunga Whakahii o Kaipara Development Trust, the post-settlement governance entity of Ngāti Whātua o Kaipara. The Development Trust and Kaipara Commercial were established under the Ngāti Whātua o Kaipara Claims Settlement Act 2013.

Kaipara Commercial is responsible for protecting and growing the commercial assets and opportunities of the Development Trust for the benefit of Ngāti Whātua o Kaipara. It exercises its responsibilities directly, and through commercial subsidiaries. These include Ngā Maunga Whakahii o Kaipara Whenua Hoko Holdings Ltd (property investment) and Ngā Maunga Whakahii o Kaipara Ngahere Ltd (forestry estate operations).
